Membership & Policies
Clear and simple.
Everything you need to know about how membership works at The Nest Music House. No hidden terms.
Membership
All programs — early childhood classes and private lessons —
are offered as a monthly membership.
Membership reserves your spot and ensures consistent,
uninterrupted progress. There are no drop-in subscriptions
or pay-per-class arrangements (drop-in is available at $40
for early childhood only, on an occasional basis and not
guaranteed).
Billing
Membership is billed monthly. Payment is due at the start
of each month. A trial session ($30) is collected at the
time of booking and credited toward the first month's
membership upon enrollment.
Cancellation
Membership may be cancelled at any time with
30 days written notice.
Notice must be submitted in writing to
hello@thenestmusichouse.com.
Cancellations without proper notice will be charged for
the following month.
Make-ups
Make-up classes and lessons are offered when
notice is given before the scheduled session.
Make-ups are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Absences without prior notice do not qualify for a make-up.
We ask for as much advance notice as possible.
Placement
Children are placed in programs based on both age and
developmental readiness. Placement is determined by
the teacher and may differ from the listed age ranges.
We are happy to discuss placement before you book.
Group Size
Early childhood classes are limited to
6–8 children per group.
This is not a guideline — it is a firm limit, maintained
to preserve the quality of each session.
Waitlist
When a class or lesson slot is full, families may join a
waitlist. We contact waitlisted families as soon as a
space becomes available. Priority is given to those
who have previously attended a trial class.
